When Should You Arrive?

New-York-City-U.S.A. Now that you are an admitted student, you can begin the countdown to when you arrive on campus.  But when is that, exactly?

Arrival and Departure
All students must arrive on campus on the Sunday before class begins.  This is the day you will move into your residential hall and when you will have orientation.  You can begin to move in at 8:00 a.m., and we suggest all students arrive no later than 2:00 p.m. so you have time to move in prior to having to attend orientation in the afternoon.

Students must move out of the hall and leave campus on the last class day, Friday, by 8:00 p.m.

Note: Your rooms will not be available before or after your program, so students cannot move in early or move out late.  If you need to arrive in New York before your program begins or stay after it ends, you will need to get other accommodation in the city.

Only students enrolled in back-to-back High School Academy programs may stay in the hall over the weekend.
